FOR OUR TMR SERVICE, WE ARE RECRUITING A: TEAM LEADER AT 80-100%

The TMR (Transport for People with Reduced Mobility) in North Vaud is aimed at people facing mobility difficulties. Its mission is to coordinate the transport available to them by calling on various partners (voluntary services, adapted transport providers, non-adapted transport providers). The TMR also manages invoicing and reimbursements to providers for all ordered trips.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the TMR North Vaud Team Leader, you supervise a team of 4 people responsible for order taking, planning, and invoicing transport for the clients of the CMS in North Vaud. You also participate in carrying out these activities in support of the team and bring your experience to quality management of the service in collaboration with the transversal services of AVASAD.

YOUR PROFILE

- Commercial employee diploma, HES or equivalent qualification.

- Several years of experience in the medico-social field.

- Strong interest in home care.

- Experience in team leadership and management.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of the North Vaud region.

- Organisational skills and ability to anticipate.

- Good stress resistance.

- Developed team spirit.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ease in communication with clients and partners.

- Flawless command of French, both spoken and written.

- Very good computer skills.

- Experience in administrative work and telephone management.

- Holder of a driving licence.
