Your mission:
Temporary assignment within a federal department based in Geneva:
Your mission will include the following tasks:
- Receiving calls in French, Italian, German and English.
- Interpreting and redirecting calls using computer applications to the relevant services as quickly as possible.
- Responding to first-level questions on the first pillar for the AVS, AI and AIL divisions (consultation and monitoring of insured persons’ files).
- Writing telephone notes which will be digitally archived in the insured persons’ files.
- Recording specific requests (e.g. tax certificate, bank form or duplicate of Cervie).
- Establishing telephone connections with abroad.
Start date: 01.08.2026
Duration: 12 months
Based in Geneva
Full time 41.5 hours per week - teleworking possible
Your profile:
Your profile
- You speak French, German and Italian – C1/C2 level MANDATORY (language tests).
- You have a service-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Additional advantage:
- Mastery of a 4th language.
- Knowledge of AVS / AI / APG.
- Experience in a call centre is a real plus
