As part of a permanent mission within our client, we are looking for a Technician in IT supply. You will be involved at the heart of logistical and technical operations related to the management, storage and distribution of IT equipment. You will join a stable, demanding and service quality-oriented organisation for a long-term project, where operational reliability is essential for the smooth running of activities.

You will be responsible for all operations related to the life cycle of IT equipment, from its receipt to its redistribution or withdrawal.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive, check, store and ship IT equipment
• Ensure the monitoring of service requests and operational tickets
• Guarantee the traceability of flows and the reliability of stock data
• Prepare and organise deliveries and returns of equipment
• Participate in inventories and discrepancy checks
• Contribute to the secure management of sensitive equipment
• Maintain clean, organised storage areas compliant with safety regulations
• Participate in deployment, return and refurbishment operations of IT equipment
• Work closely with internal teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistical processes

• Technical or logistical training (CFC or equivalent)
• Experience in a logistical or IT environment (an advantage)
• Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, ITSM, office software)
• Good understanding of technical environments
• Ability to handle equipment and work in an operational environment
• Residence in the canton of Vaud mandatory
• Category B driving licence required; C / R or S licence an advantage
