YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cross-Functional Team Leader, you will manage, together with your two colleagues, a team of over 100 collaborators who provide various services to the population and CMS of Nord Vaudois:

•  24/7 Mobile Emergency Team of Nord Vaudois
•  Hospital transition
•  Evening, weekend, and public holiday nursing care
•  Support staff (nurses, ASSC and auxiliaries)

Your responsibilities notably include:

•  Recruiting, monitoring, and developing our collaborators
•  Operational management of the teams, with support from our secretariat
•  Scheduling management
•  Activity analysis and implementation of corrective measures
•  Developing and maintaining partnerships with our CMS

Your profile

•  You hold a HES nursing diploma or one recognised by the CRS and have professional experience in acute and home care, with successful initial management experience
•  Used to working in complex environments, your strengths include responsiveness, solution orientation, and customer service
•  Proactive and analytical, you actively participate in various development projects
•  A natural and adaptive leader, you know how to unite a team and guide it towards a goal
•  Collegial and constructive, you are an asset to our management team
