About the Opportunity
On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised player in specialised works and technical remediation in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Study & Acquisitions Officer specialised in asbestos removal.
In a context of developing its activities related to remediation projects, our client wishes to strengthen its study team with a profile capable of managing high value-added technical and financial responses.
Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities
- Analysis of asbestos diagnostics and definition of appropriate remediation methodologies
- Construction and breakdown of sales prices
- Preparation of public and private tender dossiers (technical analyses, operating methods, schedules, references)
- Cost estimation of works and proposal of technical variants
- Design of preliminary containment plan diagrams
- Writing of technical specifications necessary for costing
- Commercial follow-up of submitted offers and participation in client portfolio development
- Analysis of actual costs post-completion
- Verification of quantities provided in tender dossiers
- Support to work teams during the execution phase
What You Bring
- Training as a Site Manager or equivalent
- Proven experience in cost calculation (essential)
- Strong technical expertise in asbestos removal works
- CFST 6503 certification: an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, MS Project and Baubit
- Rigour, autonomy, perseverance and team spirit
