YOUR DUTIES
- Reception, customer welcome
- Handling administrative tasks for the sales and after-sales department
- Monitoring the administration of sales files
- Invoicing
- Appointment scheduling
- Management of internal and external mail
- Monitoring debtors
YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial employee federal certificate of proficiency (CFC)
- Organised, autonomous, flexible
- Proficient with IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of the automotive sector would be an asset
- Easy contact with customers
- Fluency and mastery of correspondence
- Precise, conscientious, versatile
