YOUR DUTIES


  • Reception, customer welcome
  • Handling administrative tasks for the sales and after-sales department
  • Monitoring the administration of sales files
  • Invoicing
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Management of internal and external mail
  • Monitoring debtors



YOUR PROFILE


  • Commercial employee federal certificate of proficiency (CFC)
  • Organised, autonomous, flexible
  • Proficient with IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector would be an asset
  • Easy contact with customers
  • Fluency and mastery of correspondence
  • Precise, conscientious, versatile
  • Dynamic, stress-resistant
