As part of its development, it is looking for its future:Sales LeaderYour missions:As a Sales Leader specializing in motorcycle equipment, you play a central role in accompanying clients passionate about the world of motorcycling. Your mission is to offer an unforgettable client experience and contribute to the success of the Moto Boutique store. Your responsibilities include:- Welcome, advise, and guide clients in their equipment choices (clothing, helmets, accessories, etc.), by proposing solutions adapted to their needs, desires, and budgets- Share your passion for motorcycles by highlighting the characteristics and advantages of the products offered- Ensure careful presentation of items in the store to maximize their appeal- Efficiently manage orders, exchanges, and returns to guarantee impeccable client follow-up- Maintain optimal organization of shelves and displays, ensuring the cleanliness of the entire store- Actively participate in stock management, product restocking, and receipt of deliveries- Coach the sales team on a daily basis (1 client advisor, 1 apprentice)Your profile:For this position, we are looking for an engaged personality capable of transmitting their enthusiasm to clients and accompanying them with:- Sales CFC or equivalent- Experience: 3 years minimum in retail and store management experience.
