Real Estate Broker - Manager of our Morat Office (M/F)
Entrepreneurial at heart, you represent and develop our brand in the Fribourg region.
Perfectly bilingual, you embody our values based on quality, proximity and ethics.
A keen market expert, you develop and enhance your network to generate opportunities, acquire mandates and sell properties.
As a locally rooted reference real estate partner, you offer tailored support, managing each mandate autonomously and comprehensively, from valuation to completion.
Your profile
- Successful experience in real estate brokerage
- Strong knowledge of the profession, market and region
- Existing or developing regional network (owners, investors, developers or business introducers)
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent negotiator, quality, listening and results oriented
- Commercially dynamic, proactive in acquisition and follow-up
- Independent and autonomous personality while able to identify with our group
- Excellent presentation, inspiring confidence and professionalism
- Bilingual French-German
