Job Description
A true pizza specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring quality production, respecting the high standards expected by a prestigious establishment. You will actively contribute to the restaurant's culinary identity by applying your technical know-how and creativity in the service of the customers.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will ensure the preparation and making of pizzas in accordance with recipes, technical sheets and the quality requirements of the establishment. You will work split shifts with required presence in the evenings and at weekends. You master the entire production process, from dough preparation to baking, ensuring perfect consistency in every dish.
You participate in daily mise en place, preparation of toppings, product control and organisation of your workstation. Attentive to detail, you guarantee a neat presentation and a taste experience that meets the expectations of a demanding clientele.
You rigorously apply current hygiene and food safety standards and contribute to maintaining a clean, organised and efficient working environment. You collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth service and excellent coordination between the different kitchen stations.
Profile Sought
You hold a culinary qualification or have proven experience as a Pizzaiolo in demanding establishments. You master the various techniques related to the making of artisanal pizzas, including dough preparation, fermentation management, working with fresh ingredients and mastering cooking times.
Passionate about your profession, you demonstrate rigour, organisation and a true sense of detail. You enjoy teamwork and know how to thrive in an environment where quality and customer satisfaction are central priorities.
