Job DescriptionAs a night receptionist, you represent the first point of contact for guests arriving during the night hours. Your warm welcome, your efficient management of check-ins and reservations, as well as your attention to security of the premises, make you an essential element in ensuring guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Your availability and professionalism help to ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay, even during the night hours.
Profile SoughtYou have at least 2 years’ experience in a luxury 4* or 5* establishment. Your appearance is impeccable and you are flexible, rigorous and methodical. You have an exceptional interpersonal sense and providing superior quality service to every guest is a true passion for you.
You speak fluent French and English, a third language would be an asset.
