As part of regular temporary assignments offered to you to strengthen the teams of our clients, collective catering restaurants in the Neuchâtel region, we are actively seeking several
Kitchen Assistants (M/F)*
Under the responsibility of the chef and the sous-chef, you will join the kitchen team to carry out the following tasks:
- Cleaning, peeling and cutting vegetables
- Making sandwiches and cold preparations
- Setting up and arranging buffets of assorted salads
- Participating in live cooking service, facing your guests
- Cleaning kitchen utensils, dishes and premises
To meet our client’s expectations, your professional background has the following characteristics:
- At least one year of experience in a kitchen assistant role
- Able to express yourself fluently in French and capable of reading it
- Good knowledge of food hygiene
- Strong team spirit
- Basic culinary knowledge
