The recruitment firm ALBEDIS SA (Interiman Group) specialises in the fields of architecture, engineering and construction.
We are looking for the following candidate for one of our clients based in Neuchâtel:
Junior Site Manager EG
Various sites between 2 and 15 million CHF, mixed projects.
Job Description- Complete management of construction sites (organisation, coordination, technical & financial monitoring).
- Management of schedules, costs and quality.
- Analysis and comparison of bids.
- Monitoring of contractors, site meetings, management of unforeseen events.
- Management of new build and renovation projects.
Profile Sought
- Several years of proven experience in General Contracting or Site Management in Switzerland (essential).
- Complete mastery of the construction cycle on medium-sized projects.
- Comfortable with pricing, technical aspects, standards and financial management.
- Autonomous, proactive person comfortable in a small-sized structure (30 people).
