Your mission:
Manage salaries for several countries with external providers
Check salary data, reports and deadlines
Ensure local legal and tax compliance
Monitor schedules, approvals and funding
Participate in payroll process improvements
Manage certain remuneration elements (bonuses, RSUs, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a similar field
French or German + FLUENT ENGLISH
Minimum 3 years of experience in international payroll
Good command of Excel and HR/payroll tools
Organised, autonomous and comfortable in an international environment
