About the Role

Our client, an organisation promoting wood materials and trades in Geneva, is looking for a communications officer to support the digital development of their activities.

You will join a small team where you can work independently managing the website, social media, and newsletters. You will work flexibly with regular collaboration with the management committee and the company secretary.

Tasks

• Manage and regularly update the association's website
• Design and distribute a quarterly newsletter to members
• Develop the strategy and animate the organisation's social media
• Organise site visits and professional events
• Create digital and printed communication materials
• Support the committee in recruiting new members and partners
• Participate in management committee meetings for strategic follow-up

We Are Looking For

• You are currently studying or a recent graduate in communications, digital marketing, or a similar field
• You have a strong interest in the wood sector and trades, architecture, or construction
• You are proficient in managing social media and CMS for the website
• You are comfortable with Adobe suite tools
