Deputy Head Chef (M/F)

Job Description

As the right hand of the Head Chef, you actively participate in the daily management of a committed and passionate brigade. Present on the floor, you ensure the smooth running of operations both in the kitchen and at the pass, guaranteeing an impeccable level of quality at every service. You contribute to the development of menus, the creation of new culinary proposals, and the enhancement of carefully selected products. A true technical reference, you supervise, train and support staff in their development while ensuring compliance with the establishment’s standards. You also participate in cost monitoring, optimisation of raw materials, order management, and the rigorous application of hygiene and food safety standards.

Profile Sought

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience gained in high-end or gastronomic establishments. You have already held a position of responsibility within a structured brigade and have demonstrated your qualities as a hands-on leader. Organised, rigorous and with an excellent sense of priorities, you appreciate demanding environments where quality, consistency and teamwork are central. Your attention to detail, culinary creativity and ability to unite teams allow you to actively contribute to the excellence of the experience offered to clients.
