You will guarantee the accuracy of data as well as compliance with the quality and service standards specific to the establishment. In close collaboration with the Front Office, Sales, Events, and Revenue Management teams, you will ensure fluid communication and efficient management of daily operations. You will also be in charge of the supervision, training, and support of the team in order to maintain a high level of performance and motivation. This role will also involve managing complex requests, VIP clients, as well as any potential complaints with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Finally, you will actively participate in the continuous improvement of procedures and department performance, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and internal processes.Profile SoughtYou have a hospitality education or equivalent experience and can demonstrate confirmed experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury hotel establishment. You have perfect mastery of booking systems as well as the main PMS tools. Endowed with excellent organizational and analytical skills, you are recognized for your leadership, your ability to unite teams, and your keen sense of service quality. You demonstrate rigor, responsiveness, and a real solution-oriented mindset in your way of working. You have perfect command of French and English; any other language is a real asset.
