About the role
As a claims manager, you will ensure the complete handling of files, from opening to compensation. You will work closely with clients to guarantee effective and proactive support within a team of six people.

Tasks
This position involves managing the entire claims handling process, combining administrative rigour, contractual analysis and client relationship skills.
- Receive incoming requests and open claims files.
- Identify missing information or documents and ensure follow-up of file management.
- Contact the client by email and phone to complete the file.
- Compare the claim elements with the insurance conditions to verify coverage.
- Analyse supporting documents and decide whether to compensate.
- Ensure proper administrative management and rigorous follow-up of files.
We are looking for
- Commercial employee CFC
- Proven experience in administration
- Advanced proficiency in the Office Suite
- Fluent French
- German (level C1)
