Back Office Assistant



About the role

For our client, a company active in the energy sector, we are looking for a Back Office Assistant. Due to several absences, they are seeking someone to join their team as soon as possible and until the end of summer.

The position combines direct customer service tasks and back-office administrative support, such as invoicing and data entry, to ensure smooth daily operations.

Tasks

  • Provide operational support to the invoicing process
  • Carry out administrative data entry with rigour
  • Handle customer requests by phone and email
  • Ensure follow-up of customer files in back office
  • Keep the customer database up to date

We are looking for

  • Commercial employee CFC, or equivalent training
  • Initial administrative experience; customer service or invoicing oriented is a big plus
  • Perfect command of French; very good knowledge of English (minimum B2), an advantage
  • Immediate availability
  • Responsible, supportive & sociable personality
