Description
The Medical-Social Centres have the mission to help people of all ages who are dependent or affected in their health to remain in their living environment as long as possible and to support informal carers. ASPMAD, with its 9 CMS and 950 employees, annually cares for 6,700 clients at home and serves 105 municipalities in northern Vaud.
For our Yverdon-West CMS, we are looking for a certified ASSC at 80%, for a start immediately or as agreed.

Your tasks
You contribute, through your skills, to the optimal quality of interventions with clients. As an ASSC, you provide the delegated services (technical nursing care on delegation, basic care and household help) while respecting the care objectives of the situations followed. Furthermore, you participate in the preparation of the care file. You cooperate in a multidisciplinary manner with the various CMS teams, with a view to comprehensive care.
Your profile
You hold a ASSC Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or a qualification deemed equivalent by the Red Cross. Besides a clear interest in the elderly and home care, you are autonomous while working in a multidisciplinary team. You are flexible (days, evenings and weekends/shifts) and you must have a driving licence and ideally a vehicle. Your place of residence is at most 40 minutes from the workplace.
