Your mission:
Mandated by one of our clients, a well-known company in the Sion region, we are looking for an Accountant – HR Manager between 80% and 100%
Your responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Complete administrative management of employees (hiring, HR follow-up and departure)
- Monitoring absences, leave and working hours
- Administrative management of accident and illness cases, including procedures with social insurance and follow-up of benefits.
Accounting
- Maintaining general accounting
- Managing client invoicing and debtor follow-up
- Various entries: checking and validating supplier invoices, processing internal salaries, etc.
- Preparing VAT declarations
- Participating in monthly and annual closings
Your profile:
- Training in accounting, finance and/or human resources (CFC, federal diploma or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in an SME
- Proficiency in Crésus software (essential)
- Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
- Good command of IT tools (Office 365)
- Excellent writing and spelling skills
- Organisational skills, rigor and absolute discretion
- Autonomy, priority management and initiative
