Reporting to the head of the ELIS PEST CONTROL profit centre, you will manage the Pest Control technical service across Switzerland. You actively support the centre manager in consolidating and developing the service’s turnover and profitability. You ensure the delivery of services by organising work, training, and supervising your team.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Leading a team of technicians with the support of the client service assistant-coordinator. You are also responsible for ensuring your team adheres to planning and service quality.
• Participating in the development of processes and ensuring their implementation.
• Regularly travelling in French-speaking Switzerland and occasionally in German-speaking Switzerland to ensure service delivery with technicians at client sites.
• Regularly checking vehicles, equipment, and PPE provided to technicians and ensuring their maintenance.
• Having a natural and assertive leadership to train and support your team in the field and develop each member’s skills.
• Preparing and conducting continuous training days and ensuring their proper application in the field.
• Commercially and technically leading your team of technicians to actively develop client turnover through cross-selling.
• Ensuring good management of purchases and stock to guarantee product availability for technicians while respecting safety rules.
• Resolving problems encountered at client sites, being proactive in proposing service quality improvements, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in team management and possess natural leadership
• You are very organised, proactive and enjoy teamwork
• You have knowledge of German (B1 level is an advantage)
• You are very demanding and greatly appreciate meticulous work
• You are proficient with IT tools and have a good knowledge of Switzerland
• You are handy, resourceful and not afraid of heights
• You have experience in pest control (an advantage!)
• You have FSD training (an advantage!)
