Reporting to the Director of the ELIS PEST CONTROL profit centre, you will prospect in a specific geographical area with a view to acquiring new clients (micro-enterprises, SMEs, industries and shops). You will propose and sell all our services and products to professionals from industry, commerce, services and catering sectors.

Your mission essentially consists of:

• Prospecting and acquiring new clients in the dedicated area (cantons VD-VS-NE-FR)
• Generating a recurring monthly sales volume
• Identifying prospects’ needs and recommending the most appropriate solutions
• Preparing quotes (technical and pricing) and conducting negotiations
• Participating in the implementation of the contracted service in collaboration with the administrative department

Your profile:

• Professional training in the commercial field
• Good knowledge of economic players and the Swiss market
• Successful B2B service sales experience (minimum 5 years) and ideally experience in pest control (FSD training would be a plus), or a pest control technician profile with a sales DNA.
• Ease of negotiation and communication
• Excellent oral expression skills without compromising listening quality
• Organised and proactive person, with a sense of commerce and negotiation
• Enjoys teamwork while knowing how to work autonomously on a daily basis
• Possesses a true conquering spirit and a strong work ethic
