What you can contribute to
- Lead and develop multi-site teams: resource planning, skills development and establishing a quality-oriented service culture
- Build the national user services organisation: design and deploy operating models for central support, facility management, central store and laundry, defining roles, responsibilities and inter-site standards
- Manage the daily service offering: ensure availability and quality of services across all sites, measure user satisfaction and initiate continuous improvements
- Govern processes and digitalisation: implement logistics processes (ProLeMo model), support the introduction of digital tools and ensure traceability of flows
- Represent the domain and manage providers: define outsourcing strategy, negotiate strategic contracts and represent the domain with internal partners and federal authorities
What makes you unique
- Education: Bachelor / Master of Science in logistics, facility management, hospitality or related field; additional training in team management or project management (IPMA, PMP) is an asset
- Several years of experience in a comparable field, with proven management experience - ideally leading decentralised teams
- Natural leadership, creative spirit, ability to challenge the status quo and persuade; comfortable in developing environments and complex situations
- Experience with SAP and Jira; knowledge of the ProLeMo model or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of two official languages

Agroscope’s Infrastructure division is responsible for providing and maintaining work infrastructures for the entire organisation. It offers comprehensive logistical support to all units, ensures maintenance and technical support of buildings, fleet management and provides various support services. Its mission is to guarantee the maintenance and development of Agroscope’s research capacity, while ensuring prudent use of financial and environmental resources.
