What you can contribute to

  • Participate in Switzerland's international environmental policy
  • Develop Switzerland's positions for international negotiations
  • Take part in international negotiations concerning environmental conventions (e.g. BRS Conventions, Minamata Convention, Montreal Protocol)
  • Collaborate with specialised divisions of the Office as well as with other federal services
  • Work with partners abroad

What makes you unique

  • Interest in and knowledge of international environmental policy
  • Negotiation experience and professional experience in an international context
  • Strategic approach in a political context, initiative, flexibility and willingness to travel abroad
  • University degree (Master's) in environmental sciences, international relations, political science or law
  • Very good command of English, good active command of at least one other official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
