Mandated by our client, a public institution based in Geneva, we are looking for a multilingual Telephone Advisor (French - German - Italian) for a 12-month temporary assignment.

For this position, we are seeking the following profile:
Your tasks :
- Answer calls from insured persons in French, Italian, German,
interpret them using computer applications to direct them to the relevant departments
- Handle first-level enquiries from insured persons for the AVS, AI, and AIL divisions.
- Record requests related to the insured person's file (e.g. request for a tax certificate, a bank form or a duplicate of Cervie), which the client managers of the divisions will process later
- Also handle calls from external client companies residing in the building

- Fluency MANDATORY in all three languages (minimum C1 level) - French - German - Italian
- Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in a telephone switchboard (high call volume)
- Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office
