Founded in 2001, the Fed Finance firm specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professions.
For our client, a recognised Swiss organisation active in infrastructure management, real estate and innovation, we are looking for an Accountant.
As part of a reorganisation of its finance department, our client wishes to strengthen its accounting team.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ensure the complete management of financial and analytical accounting
- Manage general accounting up to closing
- Prepare VAT returns as well as annual reconciliations
- Integrate and check management accounts
- Perform annual closings and all closing operations
- Prepare financial statements and liaise with the audit body
- Ensure overall accounting control and monitoring of the company
- Participate in continuous improvement and optimisation of accounting processes
We are looking for a person with:
- Commercial training ideally complemented by a specialised accounting diploma, an Edupool certificate or a Federal Diploma in finance and accounting
- Proven experience in general accounting up to closing
- Good knowledge of VAT, ideally in an environment involving real estate activity
- Experience in analytical accounting
- Knowledge of Winbiz is an asset
- Experience in fiduciary accounting is a real advantage
- Rigorous, autonomous, reliable and proactive personality
- Team spirit and willingness to actively participate in process improvement
