Your tasks
- Manage and monitor flooring projects from A to Z;
- Plan and coordinate the interventions of teams on site;
- Ensure the technical, administrative and financial follow-up of files;
- Prepare offers, quotes and tenders;
- Participate in site meetings and maintain relationships with clients, architects and partner companies;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality and safety standards.
EXPECTED PROFILE
Your profile
- CFC - Federal Certificate in the field of flooring;
- You have proven experience in managing projects related to flooring of at least 5 years in Switzerland;
- You have an excellent knowledge of the Geneva market, an asset;
- Proficiency in common computer tools;
- Organisational skills, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Driving licence essential.
