Responsibilities

As FINANCE & HR SUPPORT, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks related to finance and human resources;
• Ensure the follow-up of invoices, payments and bank reconciliations;
• Participate in the preparation of accounting and financial documents;
• Support recruitment activities, including managing applications and scheduling interviews;
• Maintain and update employee records;
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with local regulations;
• Provide general administrative support to the ACCOUNTING & FINANCE department;
• Contribute to the improvement of internal administrative processes.

Candidate Profile

As FINANCE & HR SUPPORT, you have the following profile:

• Training in accounting, finance or human resources management;
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written;
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities;
• Good command of IT tools, including Excel and HR/financial software;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
