In this leadership role, you think entrepreneurially and act proactively and service-oriented. As FSM at ISS, you lead supervisors and employees, are the first point of contact for customers, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest quality level. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and customer satisfaction.
What awaits you
- Overall responsibility for several client mandates in the cleaning sector
- Leadership, development and coaching of the site manager, team leaders and employees (approx. 60 people)
- Ensuring a high-quality and economical service delivery
- Budget responsibility and ongoing management of financial key figures
- Maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships
- Preparation of offers, calculations and additional services
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of internal and external resources
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and compliance requirements
- Identification and implementation of optimisation and efficiency measures
- Close cooperation with customers, partners and internal interfaces
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as well as business or specialised further education
- Several years of experience in facility management, property management or a comparable function
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Experience in budget responsibility and customer management
- High service and customer orientation
- Very good organisational and communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
