In this leadership role, you think entrepreneurially and act proactively and service-oriented. As FSM at ISS, you lead supervisors and employees, are the first point of contact for customers, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest quality level. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks:

• You are the central hub for coordinating our Facility Services mandates and actively support the Facility Services Manager (FSM) as well as other managers
• You plan, coordinate and accompany projects in the Facility Services environment and ensure timely, efficient implementation
• You take on diverse administrative tasks and ensure structured processes in daily business
• You are the contact person for property managers, customers and external partners and coordinate appointments, regular meetings and ongoing communication
• You check, process and invoice bills (including Real Estate, creditors) and manage reports, flat rates and additional services
• You support onboarding of new employees as well as training, meetings and internal events

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in a coordinating, administrative or operational role, preferably in Facility Services or real estate environment
• Strong organisational talent with a structured, independent and reliable working style
• High communication skills, team orientation and confident appearance towards customers and partners
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment working with various IT systems
• Driving licence category B
