You have an entrepreneurial spirit and place service at the heart of your actions? As a Facility & Operations Coordinator, you personally take care of clients and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs and client satisfaction.

Your tasks:

• Contribute to the implementation of the real estate strategy and the monitoring of supplier services (quality, deadlines, costs)
• Participate in the planning, monitoring and coordination of interventions and small projects
• Process and validate maintenance requests/tickets within the assigned scope
• Ensure close contact with users, understand their needs and support their satisfaction
• Support the organisation of internal moves, space adjustments and furniture needs
• Carry out regular rounds in the buildings and follow up on identified actions and improvements
• Update key information (occupancy, observations, needs) and prepare reports
• Participate in small layout or improvement projects in collaboration with providers and internal teams

Your profile:

• Graduate of a higher education in hospitality, real estate management or facility management
• First experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, management or a related field
• Strong motivation to learn and develop in an operational role
• Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and active listening
• Ease in organisation, task monitoring and simultaneous management of several topics
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek help
• Excellent command of French (minimum level C1)
• Good oral and written communication skills in German or English (minimum level B2) - an asset
