Our client is a major Swiss investor whose real estate portfolio consists of residential and commercial assets.

Responsibilities

As part of a newly created position, your main activities will be as follows:

• Independent management of a mixed portfolio.
• Complete oversight of the relocation process and associated administrative procedures.
• Preparation and monitoring of the real estate budget, reporting and forecasting.
• Management of service charge statements, invoice control, rent collection and follow-up on recovery measures.
• Supervision of building maintenance: assessment of their condition, planning of works and preservation of their value within budget.
• Representation of the owner with tenants, authorities and service providers.

Candidate Profile

• Federal Certificate of Property Manager or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Property Manager in Switzerland MANDATORY. Experience as a Group Leader would be ideal.
• Very good knowledge of tenancy and construction law.
• Ability to work in a team, enjoying contact with people (customer orientation and communication skills), good negotiation skills, analytical mind, good stress management, ease with numbers.
• Excellent command of French.
