Event Technical Coordinator 60-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical coordination of event projects in support of project managers
• Receive and analyse client requests to prepare the necessary resources
• Plan the needs for equipment, vehicles, and personnel for each event
• Organise deliveries, transport, and logistics of equipment
• Coordinate technical teams during setup and dismantling phases
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, technical constraints, and client requirements
• Participate in the administrative and operational follow-up of projects to guarantee their smooth progress

Profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a stage technician or equivalent training
• Experience in technical coordination or event project management
• Good knowledge of sound, lighting, and video equipment
• Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
• Team spirit, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
