Event Technical Coordinator 60-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical coordination of event projects in support of project managers
- Receive and analyse client requests to prepare the necessary resources
- Plan the needs for equipment, vehicles, and personnel for each event
- Organise deliveries, transport, and logistics of equipment
- Coordinate technical teams during setup and dismantling phases
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, technical constraints, and client requirements
- Participate in the administrative and operational follow-up of projects to guarantee their smooth progress
Profile
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a stage technician or equivalent training
- Experience in technical coordination or event project management
- Good knowledge of sound, lighting, and video equipment
- Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
- Team spirit, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
