What you will achieve

  • Develop turnover by analysing customer needs, adapting the assortment, and implementing effective commercial actions. Build customer loyalty by offering impeccable service and quality products.
  • Manage the store’s finances by monitoring accounts, setting budgets, and optimising profitability.
  • Represent the franchise with local authorities, associations, and businesses to strengthen the store’s role in the community.
  • Plan activities and organise human resources to ensure smooth and efficient store management. Lead a team by managing recruitment, training, and motivation to guarantee a positive working atmosphere.

What you bring

  • Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
  • Specialisation: Retail manager in food or store management
  • Professional experience: 2-5 years of professional experience as a franchisee with team management
  • Natural leadership: The ability to inspire, mobilise, and support a team towards common goals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: The ability to act ambitiously, identify opportunities, and develop the business independently and creatively.
  • Customer orientation: A developed sense of service, attentive listening, and a desire to build strong and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Results orientation: The ability to continuously monitor and optimise financial performance, with proactive tracking of key indicators.
  • Ability to provide the necessary equity and engage a managerial partner or family member to ensure a 7/7 opening.
