Electrical Project Manager M/F
Business development & client relations
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio composed notably of:
- Property management companies
- Banks
- Shops and stores
- Administrative and tertiary buildings
- Private and professional clients
- Be a true business generator
- Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Ensure quality client follow-up and develop lasting relationships
- Actively participate in the development of the department
Project management & intervention follow-up
- Conduct technical visits and needs analyses
- Estimate work, prepare quotes and ensure financial monitoring of projects
- Plan, organise and supervise the interventions of technical teams
- Ensure follow-up of work until invoicing
- Guarantee quality of execution, respect of deadlines and costs
- Coordinate subcontractors and various stakeholders if necessary
- Participate in site meetings and maintain liaison with clients
- Manage several projects simultaneously with rigour and responsiveness

Job requirements:
Profile sought
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer, electrical project manager, federal diploma or equivalent training
- Proven experience in electrical project management and/or business development in Switzerland
- Very good technical knowledge in maintenance work, renovation and small sites
- Excellent organisational and commercial skills
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple files simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented
- Good command of IT and costing tools
- Driving licence essential
