Mandated by a company from the Chablais Vaudois region, active for many years in the industrial sector, we are looking for several:

Industrial Mechanic-Assemblers (m/f)


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carrying out assembly operations of our machines according to plans and procedures, repair and maintenance work on our machines and equipment
• Self-check using assembly documentation
• Proposals for improvements to increase the quality of assembly and our machines
• Versatility for assembling different types of machines
• Providing and following up on documents related to production management and quality
• Assembly of prototypes
• Liaison with various operations departments

WE EXPECT

• Federal VET Diploma as mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in mechanical assembly or repair
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Knowledge in electronics and electrical fields is welcome
• Experience in electrical assembly and/or on electronic components of machines is an asset
• Good level of reading assembly plans
• Precise and quality work, ability to work in a team and independently
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of an ERP system, basic IT skills (MS Office)
• Dynamic and good stress management
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, etc.) is welcome
• Fluent French (another language is welcome)
• Flexibility in working hours, 2x8 shifts if needed
