Your tasks and responsibilities

Analysis of plans and specifications
Preparation of precise and detailed quotes
Calculation of material, labour and equipment costs
Budget monitoring and cost control throughout the project
Participation in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
Preparation of offers and proposals for technical and financial optimisations
Close collaboration with architects, engineers and project managers
Writing reports and administrative follow-up of offers and contracts

Skills

Analytical mind and strong numerical sense
Ability to optimise costs without compromising quality
Rigour, precision and autonomy
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Good command of the German language

We expect

Federal VET Diploma as a building draughtsman or ES Technician in construction management
Proven experience in a similar position (estimator, building technician, etc.)
Fluency in French, another language is an asset
Proficiency in common software, calculation and drawing tools
Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented
