Your missions and responsibilities
Trained in metallurgy and with experience in an industrial company, preferably with a strong mechanical component, you feel ready to join a dynamic and passionate team to best meet the expectations of internal and external clients.
- set up and prepare the workstation for the series;
- read plans;
- validate the production of the first piece;
- produce the series;
- validate the production of the series;
- carry out mechanical-welded assemblies with or without a jig;
- ensure the follow-up of documents related to their activity;
- ensure the integrity of machines and infrastructure;
- ensure the cleaning and maintenance of machines and infrastructure;
- inform their hierarchical superior of malfunctions and observed or potential non-conformities relating to all activities: Production process, personnel and third-party safety, environment, machines and installations, etc.;
- undergo welder qualification exams every two years according to European standards;
- apply the Management System as well as all resulting directives and instructions;
- ensure the safety of personnel, third parties and the environment.
WE EXPECT
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Industrial Equipment Constructor or equivalent diploma;
- experience in an industrial company, preferably with a strong mechanical component;
- open personality, team spirit and flexibility essential, especially to intervene at the end of the process and adapt to production priorities.
