Your tasks
  • Further development and didactic preparation of a criteria catalogue for the selection of children’s and youth literature
  • Selection of suitable current books with a focus on diversity beyond binary gender norms
  • Development of a didactic commentary as well as accompanying teaching materials (e.g. discussion guides, visualisations)
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of trials with teachers and pupils
  • Evaluation and finalisation of the developed "book box"
  • Design and implementation of a further training course for teachers
  • Documentation and preparation of the project results
Desired profile
  • Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in subject didactics German/NMG/ERG, Gender Studies, Educational Sciences or a related field
  • Interest in diversity-sensitive issues
  • Knowledge in the area of philosophy with children and/or children’s and youth literature
  • Experience in the development and evaluation of didactic concepts and teaching materials is an advantage
  • Knowledge of qualitative research methods and experience
  • Ability to prepare scientific content appropriately for the target audience for educational practice
  • Organisational and coordination skills, especially in participatory development processes
  • Willingness to interdisciplinary collaboration with researchers and teachers
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as experience in academic writing
