To learn more, follow this link.Tasks- Further development and didactic preparation of a selection of children's and youth literature with a focus on diversity beyond binary gender norms- Development of a didactic commentary as well as accompanying materials (e.g., discussion guides, visualizations)- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of trials with teachers and students and finalization of the developed book box- Conception and implementation of a further education course for teachers and preparation of project resultsDesired profile- Completed university degree (Master's or comparable) in subject didactics German/NMG/ERG, Gender Studies, Educational Sciences, or a related field- Interest in diversity-sensitive issues- Knowledge in the field of philosophizing with children and/or children's and youth literature- Experience in the development of didactic concepts and materials is an advantage- Knowledge of research methods and experience in project work- Ability to prepare scientific content for pedagogical practice and experience in development processes- Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation with researchers and teachers- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as experience in academic writing jid825666aaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
