To learn more, follow this link.Missions- Be in charge of processing the instruction of appeals filed against local development plans, in collaboration with the local planning section of the Service, as well as files on illegal construction outside the building zone.- Propose to the Directorate of Territorial Development, Infrastructure, Mobility, and Environment (DIME) draft decisions on appeals as well as in the field of construction outside the building zone.- Participate in the drafting of texts, directives, and legal opinions.- Process files regarding value-added tax in the area of competence of the DIME.- Liaise with other state services, prefectures, municipalities, and private individuals.Desired Profile- Law degree or master's degree (bar exam would be an advantage).- Good knowledge of legal research tools and possibilities on the internet.- Excellent writing skills.- Team spirit.- Mastery of the French language with good knowledge of the German language. jid1b4d502aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
