Your mission

Attached to the Cross-Expertise Division, within the Solutions unit, you will work as a senior Application Engineer in the development, integration and operational maintenance of our digital and marketing solutions focused on Customer Experience (CX). You will actively contribute to the design and integration of cloud solutions within the SAP CX ecosystem, ensuring the coherence, security and performance of data flows between the various platforms (Emarsys, CDP, CDC, SAP CPI/BTP, etc.).

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interfaces between different solutions in the CX ecosystem (Emarsys, CDP, CDC, SAP CPI/BTP, etc.),
• manage, secure and optimise data exchanges between systems via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, batch processing and event-driven flows,
• participate in customer data management (profile, preferences, consent) in a CX environment,
• analyse complex incidents, ensure their resolution and implement preventive actions to improve platform stability,
• participate in defining integration architectures with IT Architects, security, data and infrastructure teams,
• perform quality controls, unit and integration tests as well as technical validations,
• ensure the technical coherence of implemented solutions with IT standards, urbanisation principles, security and data protection requirements,
• perform quality controls, unit tests, integration tests, non-regression tests as well as technical validations,
• work closely with business teams and technical partners to propose adapted and sustainable solutions,
• participate in deployments, production releases and evolution of application environments,
• supervise CX application environments, ensuring their preparation, integration and production deployment,
• provide level 3 support and contribute to continuous platform improvement,
• document solutions, flows and operating procedures,
• support the upskilling of the team on SAP CX and Cloud Integration technologies,
• participate in technological watch around SAP CX solutions, cloud integration and customer data.

Your profile

• Higher education degree in computer science (Engineering School / University of Applied Sciences / Master or equivalent),
• proven experience in application integration and SAP CX environments,
• solid knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (SAP CPI, SAP BTP, SAP CX, Emarsys, CDC/CDP),
• good mastery of technical architectures, APIs, web services and data flows,
• experience in application development integrating security and data protection principles (Security & Privacy by design),
• ability to manage complex incidents and provide advanced application support; service orientation, client and solution focus, initiative and creativity,
• excellent analytical, synthesis, organisational and communication skills,
• autonomy, initiative and ability to work in cross-functional environments,
• very good interpersonal skills, listening and communication,
• excellent command of French and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
