Promotion of bilingualism.Missions- You plan and carry out inspections independently in food establishments in the Canton of Fribourg assigned to you.- In case of non-compliance, you decide and communicate the measures provided for by the Food Act.- You take samples of food and consumer goods.- You write inspection and sampling reports.- You evaluate the results of the controls and ensure the follow-up of files.- You carry out work related to your activity (opinions, various decisions, correspondence).- You collaborate and work with the food and consumer goods inspection team.- With the section, you contribute to the implementation of controls related to tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and similar products within the meaning of the Federal Act on Tobacco Products and Electronic Cigarettes.Profile sought- You hold a professional qualification with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a food sector trade or an equivalent qualification.- You are ready to follow the training to obtain the diploma of Food Inspector.- You have professional experience in the field of hygiene and self-control.- You are comfortable with contacts and have the ability to assert yourself and make decisions.- You are regularly in external service with companies subject to SAAV control.- You are flexible (occasional work in the evening or on weekends) and you hold a driving license (category B).- You master the German or French language and have excellent knowledge of the other language (oral and written). jidb101667aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
