Your mission

• First assistant to the store manager
• Assist in planning and managing 10 to 20 employees
• Take on responsibilities in the store and actively support store employees
• Ensure customer satisfaction and apply distribution standards in the store
• Order and present merchandise

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar field
• Ideally, completed vocational training in retail
• Management skills, preferably with some initial experience
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and enjoyment of human contact
• Operational availability, flexibility and stress resistance
• Very good knowledge of French, both written and spoken
