• Respond to customer enquiries regarding the barto platform and its modules, by phone and email
• Support marketing campaigns (trade fairs, events, etc.)
• Accompany new customers
• Follow up with distribution partners "LANDI barto competence centre" in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland
• Train distribution partners
• Participate in projects aimed at improving the platform (testing, instructions)

Profile sought

• You are a proactive person and enjoy contact with platform users
• You are reliable, flexible and work independently
• You hold a diploma as a master farmer, agricultural technician or an equivalent qualification
• Your mother tongue is German or French and you communicate fluently in the other language
• Ideally, you live on the German/French language border
