Customer Service Representative FR / EN / DE


JOB DESCRIPTION
Within a small team, you are one of the main points of contact between the company and its customers. You manage daily requests and support customers efficiently and professionally, in a dynamic environment requiring responsiveness, professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
Main tasks

  • Provide support and assistance to users of communal laundries by phone, chat, email and mail
  • Identify requests, diagnose problems and provide appropriate solutions
  • Plan and monitor technical interventions in the ERP
  • Manage user accounts on several digital platforms
  • Reconcile payments and process webshop orders and shipments
  • Handle first-level complaints and escalate specific situations to internal technical and sales teams
Additional tasks

  • Reception of orders/contracts or cancellations
  • Data entry and updates in the ERP system throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Organisation of installations and uninstallations (coordination and relevant, ongoing communication with technical, sales and customer service teams, updating information in the CRM, communicating deadlines and conditions to the customer)
  • Configuration of the online payment platform for installed devices
  • Preparation of the documentation bundle related to the installation (user notices, contract review)
  • Invoicing installation fees and accounting for rebates related to customer contracts


EXPECTED PROFILE
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in telephone and written communication
  • Analytical ability, organisational skills and high stress resistance
  • Customer service orientation, empathy, patience and solution-focused
  • Native French speaker, fluent English and minimum B2 German (other languages an asset)
  • Comfortable with digital tools and good command of IT environments (ERP / CRM)
  • Experience in Switzerland required; customer service experience is an asset
  • Sense of responsibility and team spirit
