An important task of the department is to ensure the SOS emergency call centre (First Level), through which we stand by our customers as a strong partner in emergency situations. As a specialist in SOS First Level, you advise our customers by phone in emergencies and organise immediate measures, such as in the case of breakdowns, household incidents, or credit card blocking services.

Job Description

  • You answer calls from insured persons, partners, and internal departments in various languages
  • You organise immediate measures and coordinate in the areas of: breakdown assistance, repatriation of passenger cars and their occupants, as well as property insurance cases within the country
  • You are responsible for written and telephone correspondence with insured persons and partners as well as the daily processing of follow-up orders
  • You occasionally assist with motor vehicle damage

Profile

  • Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in a comparable customer service role
  • Flexibility in scheduling (Monday - Friday: early, middle, and late shifts between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm)
  • Very good German skills (Swiss German), fluent French
  • Advantageous but not mandatory: good Italian & good English skills
