As part of the exceptional passage of the Women’s Tour de France in the Lausanne region and to assist, guide and inform the public as well as public transport users during this major international event, we are recruiting, on behalf of our client the Lausanne region Public Transport (TL), several:

Customer Service Assistant (M/F)

MISSION DESCRIPTION


  • You provide information on pedestrian routes and present the public transport network,
  • Guide, reassure and assist customers,
  • Relay information between assistants,
  • You provide support in a high-traffic area or during an unforeseen event.


EXPECTED PROFILE
  • You have a sense of contact and customer service,
  • You reside in the region and know Lausanne and its public transport network perfectly,
  • You have a perfect command of the French language and good interpersonal skills,
  • You are recognised as an empathetic, proactive and responsive person,
  • You are comfortable with your smartphone and the TL / SBB / WhatsApp applications.

  • You are flexible with at least one of the following time slots:
  1. 7:00 am - 3:15 pm
  2. 7:00 am - 1:30 pm
  3. 1:30 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Mandatory training via Teams on Thursday 30 July from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
