Description

• Facilitate workshops with business teams to identify their processes
• Support departments in defining critical activities
• Structure and formalise processes in immature environments
• Explain and simplify continuity concepts (BIA, RTO, RPO)
• Collect and consolidate data necessary for impact analyses
• Complete and maintain BIAs in the dedicated tool
• Control the quality and consistency of entered information
• Identify dependencies between processes, applications and resources
• Define alternative solutions in case of activity interruption
• Contribute to harmonising practices across the organisation
• Provide regular reporting to the project manager

Profile

• Experience in Business Impact Analysis, business continuity or risk management
• Proven experience facilitating workshops with non-expert business stakeholders
• Ability to structure processes in complex environments
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ease in interacting with diverse stakeholders (business, operational)
• Ability to simplify technical or methodological concepts
• Autonomy and organisational skills
• Rigour in managing and structuring data
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment with limited sponsorship
• Experience in the public sector
