- You are responsible for welcoming members
- You filter requests and direct members to the relevant persons
- You handle emails
- You follow the established processes (document checklists)
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Holder of a commercial employee qualification or equivalent training
- With initial front-office / counter experience (member contact)
- Empathetic by nature, a contact person, open and sociable
- Available immediately for a temporary 2-month assignment with possibility of a permanent position afterwards
